Julia is one of  Amazonas Explorer’s longest serving employees.

For the last last twenty years, her support in the kitchen, packing, serving lunch and office cleaning has been essential to the smooth running of the office, kitchen and store-room.

Her husband Braulio also pops-up in many roles as cook, store-man and more often as a driver of his own mini-bus. His knowledge of obscure river drop-offs and biking trail pick-ups is extensive.

Their three boys have grown up with the company and they also step up when extra hands are needed in the office.

Their enthusiasm after so many years makes the Amazonas Explorer family stronger.
