Victor Baca is Julio’s “little” brother and like Julio, he was brought up on the shores of the Apurimac river so has whitewater in his blood. Our “go to” safety kayaker for years, you are in safe hands with Victor.
When not looking after rafters from in his kayak, he also rafts a mean cargo boat, cooks dinner, and is by the far the best fisherman of all of us.
