Elisban Layme Quispe was born on October 16, 1988, in the historic city of Cusco. He is 37 years old and lives with his family, including his 6-year-old son, who is a constant source of inspiration in his life.
He works in the tourism industry and completed three years of professional training, graduating as an official tourism guide. Over the years, he has found his true calling in adventure tourism, a field where his passion and experience truly stand out.
Elisban specializes in rafting, with more than 18 years of experience guiding on the water. He is highly skilled in operating rafts, catarafts, and kayaks, and has extensive experience in river kayaking, lake kayaking, and sea kayaking.
The knowledge and expertise he has gained in rafting have opened doors beyond his home country, allowing him to work in Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina. Through these opportunities, he has not only showcased his skills but also embraced new landscapes, cultures, and traditions.
In addition to water sports, trekking is another activity he deeply enjoys. Being surrounded by mountains, rivers, lakes, and forests is where he feels most connected to nature. Sharing his abilities and cultural knowledge with others—helping them create meaningful and memorable experiences—is what he finds most rewarding.
