Each year we run a week-long guide and office training course. We invite experts from around the globe to share their experiences and broaden the experience of our staff. Past courses have included:

Our cooks complete a 1-week training course each year covering:
Food hygiene, New recipes, Special diets, Presentation
We cover half the cost of any ongoing professional development.
Ongoing professional development is vital to keep staff interested and committed. Whatever field you are in. So we encourage our staff to find something new to learn. The member of staff pays half and Amazonas Explorer pays half.
