Tomas was born and raised in Cusco, and he’s been guiding travellers through Peru since 2007. What he loves most about his job is being able to share everything he knows and loves about his country—not just the fascinating history, but also the incredible natural diversity that makes Peru so unique. As one of the most bio-diverse places on the planet, it’s no surprise that Tomas has become a specialist in the flora and fauna of his region. But guiding isn’t just a job for him—it’s a way to combine his passion for nature, birdwatching, and photography, and help others see the beauty of Peru through his eyes.
